At this time, we only provide our services to the Greater Baton Rouge area. We do this so we can maintain customer service care quality when we go to install blinds into homes.

When do you measure my windows?

When you purchase your blinds we contact you and set up a time in which you are available for us to come and measure your windows. We then adjust the blinds to the proper measurement and make another appointment with you for the install.

How long does it take to install my window blinds?

From your time of purchase and depending on your availability, the entire process of ordering, measuring, adjusting, and installing usually takes around seven to 10 business days. The installation itself typically takes a few hours depending on how many windows you have in your home.

Do you offer different colors in each window blind option?

Yes, we offer various colors in each window blind option so you can choose the best color to accent the interior of your home. Upon request, we can send you free color samples so you have a better idea of what will best suit you.

Who will be installing my window blinds?

Depending on how many windows you have, a small team of two to four installation specialists will come to install your window blinds.

Do I have to be home when you are installing the window blinds?

Yes, because we have to have access to your home to install the window blinds, we ask that an adult supervisor that is responsible for the house, be present when we are installing the window blinds.

Do you do fittings for unusual window sizes?

Our specialists measure your windows so your window blinds fit perfectly. If you have an unusually sized window, your blind selection or functionality may be limited, however we handle unusual windows on a case-by-case basis. What happens if my window blinds break?

Every window blind we install comes with three warranties. Each blind is covered by a limited lifetime product warranty for quality, a one-year string warranty for the durability of the string, and a one-year installation warranty correct fit. If your window blind breakage is covered by one of these three warranties, we will help by replacing your blinds.

If they are not the right window blinds, can I return them?

If we deliver you the incorrect window blinds we will accept them back and install the correct window blinds when you are ready to have them installed.

What is the best way to care for my window blinds?

For optimal care of your window blinds, we suggest you dry dust your blinds on a regular basis to remove built up dirt and grime. For a deep clean, we suggest you hire professional cleaners who can effectively deep clean your blinds without damaging them.
